This is not the Tyler County Pct 3 Commissioner's Office. It is the Tyler County Justice of Peace office Pct. 3. The location is wrong , the address is right , google maps are wrong. This office is on the Dogwood St. , left hand side of the dollar store.
I know that we have poor people out here, the state of some houses are tell tale. I guess the Texas constitution and the good roads go to the rich! I'm rating y'all according to your mission statement on your main page, an emergency squad won't even travese these roads.So in my eyes your kinda missing the mark on preparedness.Heaven forbid should there be a big fire out here like the campfire in CA. It's a very likely scenario consider the antiquated power lines patched up from numerous hurricanes. The confusion of 'the forced' 911 address, hell Google don't even know where I live. That was supposed to be for quicker response in emergencies (lol good one). The fire department as I understand has one working vehicle available at the fire department. The members are responsible for the light bill smh. I wander how many tax payers know that? The heater in the firehouse has been broken for months. So if it's cold on meeting day, forget it. Who wants to leave the warmth of their home for a meeting. Has any of the trustees, entrusted by the county to handle the taxpayers funds, even been back here lately. I'll bet not! I challenge them to drive out here and back to town everyday for just one month. Be fair and do it in a rainy month, when the grader can't get here. Experience the ESD 3. Go visit my brother, whose wife is on oxygen, on a rainy day! If they have a doctor's appointment on a rainy day, they reschedule. They have to wait for the cannals to become roads again.When school is in session the roads get more attention. I would guess the ISD equipment replacement went too high. As the story goes for the majority of the good people out here. It's hard to improve your home when you can barely keep a vehicle on the road.Yet we are surrounded by pine groves and oil wells. Southern yellow pine and black gold aka Texas tea.I am a resident, I volunteered long ago to fight for this country, and I volunteer to help the people of the forgotten subdivision off white tail ridge! I have got real life and death concern about that mission statement of ESD 3 and about taxpayers and road money allocation. The words of the mission statement sound good, but they are far from the truth that I have observed over the last decade. Words mean nothing to me if action doesn't follow.I haven't a clue why the city even approved the plans for a subdivision that they had no intention of supporting.
