The woman was very polite and patient clean place
God awful the lady stayed on the phone with me standing right there. Then finally got off 2 minutes before closing and turned us away. If you want to go here show up before they even open. Terrible.
Takes forever
This particular office has cost me a LOT of time and money!! Do NOT take as gospel, what they tell you!!! I have recently moved to Texas, from CA, and am TRYING to do everything by the book. Residence established. Auto and travel trailer registered. Now for the drivers license...I have ALL MY DOCUMENTS in order...or so I thought!! But NOOO...I will need a marriage license from 27 years ago...7 of which my husband has been dead!! My passport, my social security card, my tax returns, and my CA drivers license ALL MATCH NAMES!! But, no, this was not enough!! Even though the Texas site states that my primary ID will suffice...so I left this office without a DL...only to find that these people cost me a LOT of time and money, by misinformation...PLEASE, do your homework BEFORE visiting this uninformed office!! I will be getting my Texas Driver License tomorrow, in Cleveland, Texas!!! Thank you Woodville, for nothing!! I wish I could recoup all the money you cost me!!
