Nice gym, absolutely horrendous music which ruins the atmosphere and kills any motivation. Shame.

Brilliant music and equipment.Staff are great and very helpfull.
Opens early 6am. Great staff who are always willing to help. People who go always will to help and have chat. Drinks before and after training . Worth taking a look .
