I've had a great experience with this dentist, everyone has been really kind and helpful. In particular, the dentist Dharmesh and the detail nurse Katie have been amazing, ensuring I was comfortable and happy at all times. They always took the time to ensure my treatment was perfect. Thank you to both of them for all of their hard work.
One very rude receptionist time after time. On one occasion found her not only rude but nasty and unprofessional. I left the practise in tears.We have already taken this up with the manager who apologised, but the damage was already done. Also for some reason we were always being given different Dentists without being informed.I do not wish to be contacted by the manager.
I made an appointment for my husband as a new patient on the Friday via the online booking system for 1 week later. The appointment was confirmed online and via text message. On Tuesday my husband got a text message saying it had been cancelled. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and waited 4 days to tell us! not to mention their online booking system was still allowing bookings! My husband was happy to pay privately but when I called, I was informed they were under staffed and had no availability until September. I explained the difficulty we were having and they were not at all concerned. If a dentist gets to the point where they have no appointments for 4 months for emergency patients then they have serious management issues. This is not the first time that their lack of management has been clear. I have turned up before now having made an appointment for a specific purpose only to be blind sided by them scheduling something else and when challenged they are very rude.Totally unacceptable behaviour and will never return.
Unfortunately had to cancel my appointment last minute due to my child being poorly and my babysitter cancelling and was met with hostility from the receptionist who was rude and then out the phone down on me. This isn't the first time she has been abrupt and rude either. Tried to email them with a complaint but the email just bounced back. Such a shame as my dentist is lovely but I will now be looking for a new dentist.
Best dental practice I've ever been to by far. Friendly and helpful staff, dentist was excellent, treatment went well and received invaluable advice.
