Thank you to Masseys for your help ...... i had a bit of a problem with a black pot of paint that was mixed for me in store, the machine mixed the wrong colour, a very helpful member of staff supplied me with a new pot of paint in the shade i needed and even helped me choose the right shade to match up with a colour i had bought previously, she was friendly and professional throughout. Masseys may be a little more expensive than the larger DIY stores for some products but i always find what i need there and its conveniently local
It was the first time myself and my partner visited Masseys yesterday Thursday 29th November. He was looking for chainsaw Husqvarna brand a lovely gentleman call Ben served us he show my partner the chainsaw we asked if it could be delivered has we live in Leicester and we was on motorbike he when to find out and came back saying yes with a small delivery charge and would be with us Monday it come the next day Friday 30th November my partner was very pleased . We definitely recommend the staff are very helpful and friendly service was fantastic.
Continued excellent service from Masseys, particularly with the Stiga ride-on mower. This is my second Stiga from them, and I can't recommend these machines highly enough if you have a large area of lawn. They make mowing a real pleasure since they're much quicker to use. Importantly they leave an equally-good finish as a tractor mower; there's no time wasted in emptying the grass box; and there's no unsightly pile of grass clippings at the end. Once-a-year servicing of the mower at Masseys during December has guaranteed me trouble-free mowing over the last eight years!
We arent mega local (live about 15 miles away) but the range of quality items is fantastic.Staff are great range is great, especially when youre after decent garden machinery.Its like a posh b n q
Recently purchased a Husqvarna P 520D ride on mower from this great store. The Husqvarna is everything I expected it to be, very robust, well engineered and extremely capable. As ever, Andy and Peter are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Amazing to get to see so much useful stock under one roof! Friendly happy staff as well.
